Along with higher education popularity development in our country,higher vocational education,whose scale expands rapidly,has already occupied higher education's half,and become higher education's important component.However,there is still a systemic deviation in the present personnel training of higher vocational education in china.The deviation which is directly result of curriculum mainly expresses the difference and distance which between personal training effect and market demand.This research mainly applies the Delphi method to restructure curriculum design for the nursing of higher vocational education in Liaoning Province.ObjectRestructuring of curriculum design for the nursing of higher vocational education in Liaoning Province by Delphi method could not only rich theoretical system of the curriculum design for the nursing of higher vocational education but also provide the direction of reform.MethodAppling for the review study and theory study,probe into the construction of the vocational curriculum theory.Then make an initial draft of the curriculum design by analysising the nursing's teaching plan of the of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province.Chose 24 expects who come from college and hospital,whose profession including The clinical nursing management(education),higher education(higher vocational education) nursing the education,clinical medical,the medicine humanities education,the medicine elementary education,the education administration to carry on three round expert questionnaire consultation by appling for Delphi method.All Consultation results are carried on statistics analysis by SPSS13.0 software.Analyze the expert's general situation,positive coefficient,and authoritative degree,and compare the three rounds experts' opinions of concentration degree and expert's authorinty.Results1.The experts are elected according as the drafted conditions.From the qualitative analysis of experts' basic situations.(Specialty correlating,Age structure,Post and Technical title,etc.) and the quantitative analysis to expert's authority(Authority coefficient of experts is 0.8372).Expert group had well authoritativeness and representative.2.The questionnaires of the three rounds of consultation are collected100%,91.7% and 91.7%respectively,and experts are high enthusiasm for the subject.3.After three rounds consultation,the experts' opinions of the ratio among the various modules,courses,the importance of curriculum and the distribution of the school year and semester are concentrated(Kendall's W>0.5),according to the three rounds experts' opinions,restructure curriculum design for the nursing of higher vocational education.ConclusionsAfter three rounds consultation,restructure curriculum design for the nursing of higher vocational education,proposed two system and four modules of the course structure.These provide a theoretical basis for curriculum reform of the higher vocational education's nursing in Liaoning Province.
