Clinical Efficacy Of Chiropractic Therapy In Children With Muscular Torticollis Massage Therapy

Objective This clinical trial by observing knead ridge therapy in the treatment of infantile muscular torticollis massage clinical curative effect,knead ridge therapy and massage therapy effect of infantile muscular torticollis,the relevant relation between for clinical treatment of infantile muscular torticollis this disease to provide a new treatment options.Methods The clinical trials using randomized controlled this principle,will be up to the standard of the clinical trials in 96 cases muscular torticollis were divided into control way 48 cases,treatment group 48 cases,shall be taken respectively with bilateral sternocleidomastoid local massage treatment(control group)and risk of sternocleidomastoid local massage therapy combined with knead ridge therapy(treatment group).Through observation,records in different solution treatment after six months,between groups(control group,treatment group)between groups and group of infantile muscular torticollis of symptoms in different degree of change.Results In good condition of the completion of this clinical trial,grouping is balanced,before the treatment,the two groups of children with gender,age,before symptoms integral,symptoms before treatment single points shall be carried out in accordance with the integral rating scale score,the results using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis,statistics found that there were no significant differences(P > 0.05);Treatment group and control group all children with symptoms in total integral,integral side of symptoms in within the group comparison before and after the treatment,the statistics had obvious difference(P < 0.05);In the control group total effective rate was 95.86%,total effective rate of treatment group was 98.58%,the treatment group and control group all children in symptoms total integral,integral data on the comparison between groups after treatment,the statistics had obvious difference(P < 0.05),among them,the treatment group of torticollis in children with symptoms improved significantly better than the control group,shows that two groups of treatment for children with symptoms of muscular torticollis were improved to some extent,and the treatment group to improve the symptoms of infantile muscular torticollis clinical curative effect is better than that in control group.Conclusion Knead ridge of sternocleidomastoid local massage and therapy for the treatment of infantile muscular torticollis safe and comfortable,the clinical treatment effect is remarkable,and is superior to the control group,the treatment is worth in the clinical treatment of infantile muscular torticollis in popularization and application.
