Clinical Research Of Kneading Pulling And Rotating Plus Kneading The Trapezius Muscle Therapy In Treating Congenital Muscular Torticollis

Objective Applying randomized controlled methods,observing the kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy on CMT,making clear that the advantages of kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy,providing objective evaluation and guidance for clinical treatment of his disease.Methods 100 patients with CMT were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group treated by kneading pulling and rotating therapy,and the control group treated by kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy Treatment of five times a week,and the two groups were treated for five courses.After treatment,observing the the function of the side bends and the rotations of cervical vertebrae and the function of cervical rotations.Results Comparing the treatment group and control group,children patients with the function of the side bends and the rotations of cervical vertebrae and the function of cervical rotations were improved after treatment,compared with the same group before treatment,significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing the treatment group and control group after treatment,children patients with the function of the side bends and the rotations of cervical vertebrae and the function of cervical rotations were better than control group,significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the aspect of clinical effectiveness,the total effective rate of treatment group was 97.87%,and the total effective rate of control group was 93.33%,treatment group total effectiveness was better than control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 65.96%,and the markedly effective rate of control group was 42.22%,treatment group was better than control group,significant difference,with statistical significance CP<0.05).Conclusions Kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy and kneading pulling and rotating therapy can improve the symptoms of CMT.Kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy was significantly superior to kneading pulling and rotating therapy The kneading pulling and rotating plus kneading the trapezius muscle therapy on CMT is safe and effective,it is worth clinical promotion.
