Clinical Curative Observation Of Massage Treatment On Congenital Muscular Torticollis Based On Different Types Under The Monitoring Of B–ultrasonic

Objective: To observe the massage of B under different types of congenital muscular torticollis Cheng and Lee score amount table, ultrasound scores and clinical curative effect, explore possible mechanisms, massage for treatment of B ultrasound in different types of congenital muscular torticollis provide an objective basis.Methods: The research under the monitoring of B–ultrasonic Screens of children with congenital muscular torticollis standard 70 cases, the treatment group A(mass type) 35 cases, the treatment group B(uniform thickening) 35 cases; Both groups were treated with massage therapy, treatment for 4 weeks after the end of each index group and comparison group, to be evaluated for clinical efficacy.Results:1 Treatment A group are cured 11 cases(32.35%), improved in 21(61.76%), invalid 2(5.88%), the total efficiency of 94.12%; treatment B cured 23 cases(67.65%), improved in 10(29.41%), invalid 1(2.94%), the total efficiency of 97.06%; total there are different groups(P <0.05) between the efficiency.2 Since the second cycle, compare the ratings between the two groups Cheng and Lee each index table and group differences in the two groups(P <0.05); there are differences(P <0.05) in the comparison between the two groups and the group B-score group.Conclusion:Massage is effective for congenital muscular torticollis two syndromes, B total efficiency of the treatment group than in treatment group A, Its curative effect is safety and feasibility, little side effect, green environmental protection, worthy of wider application and promotion.
