Objective:To observe the clinical effect of five-step massage combined with one-needle acupuncture method on CMT;Standardize the methods of massage and a cupuncture and the operational procedures,Exploring and validating a comprehens ive solution for CMT.To provide a clinical basis for the further application of fi ve-step massage combined with one-needle acupuncture method. Methods:Sixty CMT who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observatio n group and control group according to the random number table method.Finall y,54 cases were included in the effective cases(26 cases in the observation gr oup and 28 cases in the control group). The observation group was treated with five-step massage combined with one-needle treatment, and the control group wa s treated with conventional massage. The two groups were treated once a day,5 times a week for 12 weeks. The angles of head deflection, neck passive later al flexion, neck passive rotation and symptom scores were observed before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:1.Comparison of head deflection angle and passive mobility of the neck before and after treatment in both groups:(1)Comparison of head deflection angle s: Compared with before treatment, the head deflection angles of the two group s became smaller after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments can effectively improve the head deviati on of the children.Compared with the control group, the difference of head devi ation Angle before and after treatment in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the observation group has an advantage in improving the angle of head deviation.(2)Passive neck side bend angle:Compared with before t reatment, the Passive neck side bend angle: became larger after treatment, and th e difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),It is indicated that the two grou ps of treatments have significant effects in Passive neck side bend angle improv ing; There was no significant difference in the difference between the observation group and the control group before and after the treatment of the difference va lue of Passive neck side bend angle(P>0.05),It is indicated that the two groups of treatments are equally effective in improving the Passive neck side bend angle.(3)Cervical passive rotation Angle comparison:Compared with before treatm ent,the passive rotation angle of the neck became larger after treatment, and th e difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatments have obvious effects in improving the passive rotation angle of th e neck;Compared with the control group, the difference passive rotation angle of the neck increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),in dicating that the observation group had an advantage in improving the passive r otation angle of the neck.2.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups: Compared with before treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatm ent,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the children;Compar ed with the control group,The difference of symptom score before and after tre atment in the observation group was greater than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the observation gr oup has an advantage in improving the clinical symptoms.3.Comparison of overall efficacy: The total effective rate of the observatio n group was 92.31%,and the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall ef ficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.The relationship between curative effect and classification:In the observat ion group, the effective rate was 100% for children with tumor type,85.71% fo r children with non-tumor type,87.5% for children with tumor type in the contr ol group, and 50.00% for children with non-tumor type.Statistical analysis showe d that the curative effect of Lump type is better than non-tumor type in observ ation group(P<0.05),and the Lump type and non-lump type in control group h ave equivalent curative effect(P>0.05),for CMT of tumor, the efficacy observa tion group is superior to the control group(P<0.05),for CMT of tumor, the ef ficacy of the observation group was the same as that of the control group(P>0.05)5.The relationship between efficacy and age:the effective rate of childrenfr om one month to one year old in the observation group was 100%,1-2 years old children with an effective rate of 84.62%;The effective rate of children from one month to one year old in the control group was 84.21%,1-2 years old child ren with an effective rate of 44.44%.Statistical analysis showed that the efficacy of children from 1 month to 1 year old in the observation group and the cont rol group was better than that of children 1-2 years old.(P<0.05),for children from 1 month to 1 year and 1-2 years old,the efficacy of the observation grou p was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The five-step massage combined with one-needle acupuncture metho d can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CMT,and the curative eff ect is remarkable. This method combines massage with acupuncture, acupuncture a fter massage,Important massage and simple acupuncture, step by step.It has the c haracteristics of clear process and simple operation. It is suitable for clinical tre atment of CMT.It has certain clinical characteristics and is worthy of clinical a pplication.
