Objective: By observing the clinical effect of optimizing massage techniques mainly based on twisting, weighting, and drawing wrenches for the treatment of pediatric mass muscular torticollis, compared with conventional massage techniques, the thickness of the sternocleidomastoid muscle before and after treatment was compared.Changes in symptom scores, evaluation of the clinical efficacy and advantages of massage optimization in the treatment of pediatric mass muscular torticollis, providing new ideas for the development of standardized and standardized massage treatment programs in the clinic, and providing clinical basis for further promotion and application. Methods: Sixty children with mass muscular torticollis who met the case criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was given routine massage techniques, and the diagnosis and treatment plan of muscular torticollis in children, which was edited by Yu Dafang, was adopted, namely, the massage method, the pinch method, the pulling method, and the rotation method;the treatment group was given massage optimization methods, specific steps : Facial operation, finger rubbing of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the shoulder and back, twisting and twirling the sternocleidomastoid muscle, retrieving the plucked lump on the affected side, point massage and pushing the neck muscles, and neck stretch Method, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relaxing tendons and ending techniques. Both groups were given once a day,6 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,4 consecutive courses of treatment.Observe the clinical symptom scores of the two groups of children before and after treatment(head tilt, mass hardness, mass thickness, neck rotation limitation, cervical lateral flexion limitation, sternocleidomastoid symmetry, facial symmetry)1.The improvement of color thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle color, and evaluate the clinical effect. Results: 1.The overall efficacy of the two groups: During the study, one case fell out of the treatment group and three cases fell out of the control group. There were 29 cases in the treatment group,17 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.10%;27 cases in the control group,7 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.37%.It is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Thickness of the sternocleidomastoid muscle: the thickness of the neck mass before and after treatment in the treatment group was 11.17±1.73 mm and 5.69±0.71 mm,and the thickness of the neck mass before and after treatment in the control group was 11.07±1.59 mm and 6.37±1.18,respectively.mm.Combined with the two groups after treatment, the thickness change of the sternocleidomastoid muscle color was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups: before treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups, including the degree of head tilt, mass hardness, mass thickness, degree of neck rotation limitation, degree of lateral flexion limitation, sternocleidomastoid muscle Comparing the scores of symmetry and facial symmetry, the test showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable. The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Age and Curative Effect: Compared with different age groups in the massage optimization group, the curative effect of children from 0 to 3 months is better than that from March to June and from June to December(P<0.01),the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.Both optimized massage and conventional massage techniques are effective in treating children with muscular torticollis.2.Optimized manipulations of manipulation, such as twisting,re-pulling,and stretching, are significantly superior to conventional manipulations in the overall efficacy of treating mass muscular torticollis;3.Compared with conventional massage methods, optimized massage techniques can significantly reduce the thickness of the sternocleidomastoid muscle color and improve clinical symptoms;4.The sooner children with mass muscular torticollis receive massage therapy, the better the effect and the better the recovery.
