Jianpiqingwei Decoction Clinical In The Treatment Of Spleen-stomach Deficiency And Heat Syndrome Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer Clinical Observation

Objective Observed the effect and drug safty by observing Jianpiqingwei Decoction with the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(syndrome of spleen-stomach Deficiency and heat)clinical trials and study.Using the traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine knowledge to explore the causes of recurrent oral ulcer,pathogenesis,treatment and Jianpiqingwei Decoction's prescription characteristics and the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer of modern pharmacology characteristic.Methods 60 patients diagnosed as recurrent oral ulcer and spleen deficiency syndrome of stomach heat syndrome ulcer, were chosed from January to October in 2015 in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and Garden Hill District professor Gan aiping expert clinic:33 cases treated with jianpiqingwei Decoction in the Treatment group, and 2 cases were dropped from this group;27 cases treated with vitamin B2 and vitamin C Tablets in the Control group the two groups were treated for 14 days.visits with two groups was occurred after 14 days treatment.Those are observed and evaluated that the oral ulcer size,the congestion,the number,the pain,the burning sensation,defecation,the thirst sensation,stool-,tongue and pulse and so on before and after treatment.records of 3 days,5 day,7day ulcer pain and other adverse reactions should also be recorded.Contrast the index of two sets such as the curative effect of local lesion and the overall and the safety at the end of treatment.The long term efficacy of the two groups were compared by observing the ROU recurrence of patients who was recovery or very effective in lesions and TCM syndrome after the treatment in 3months.Data by spss19.0 Statistically,count data using chi square test facility, measurement data and hierarchical data using t test,rank sum test.Results 1.Two groups' main symptoms and signs index and total score were compared between before and after treatment,and all scores of the 2 groups were significantly improved at the end of treatment(P<0.05).Compare the scores of main single symptom,sign and total score of the 2 groups after treatment,the results showed that:the total score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and it can be considered that the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group;the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the ulcer size, the pain of ulcer, the number of ulcer,stool abnormalities, dry thirst,the congestion of ulcer and tongue(P<0.05),while no significant difference in the pulse and burning sensation of ulcer(P>0.05). 2.Onset time comparison: the onset time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared the clinical efficacy of local lesion in 2 groups:the total effective rate of treatment group and the control group were 93.6% and 81.5% respectively,and this differency was not striking between 2 groups(P>0.05). 4.Compare the treatment group with the control group in the total effective rate of clinical therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:93.6% and 74.1% were the total effective rate of treatment group and control group equivalently, and distinct difference were found in 2 groups(P<0.05). 5.The relapse rate of the two groups comparison:The relapse rate of the treatment group was 40% and 77.8% in the control group,two groups has visible difference in this level(P<0.05),that can be considered as the treatment group can be more effective in preventing the relapse of oral ulcer. 6.Safety comparison:no significant adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusions: Internal injury of spleen and stomach is the basis of recurrent oral ulcer,hot and deficiency of spleen-stomach is the pathogenesis, "hot" and "virtual" "stasis" stalemate is key to repeated episodes of the disease and the lingering and refractory.Jianpiqingwei decoction with some functions that clearing heat-fire,tonifying spleen and stomach,Promoting wound convergence and muscle growth,and triumphing over pathogenic factors.it can promote wound convergence and ulcer healing, reduce wound number,alleviate the burning and pain sensation of ulcer,and shorten the duration of ulcer with quick action.And also it is without any toxic or side effect to improve the systemic discomfort,prolong the interval of ulcer, and prevent ulcer recurrence.Jianpiqingwei Decoctionto treat recurrent oral ulcer(syndrome of spleen-stomach Deficiency and heat)has remarkable effect.Therefore it is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic for its safety and efficacy.
