Xuanshidaozhuo Soup Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer (Syndrome Of Dampness Stagnancy Due To Spleen Deficiency)

Purpose: Through the observation of Xuanshidaozhuo Decoction in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency)curative effect,Objective to evaluate the efficacy,safety and practicability of ROU in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Method: In this study,72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n = 36).The treatment group was given oral xuanshidaozhuo decoction,the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid,two groups lasted for 1 months.The duration of ulcer,interval time,number,pain and other clinical manifestations were observed before and after treatment.And summarized the data of physico-chemical examination and special inspection.In order to get the results,using SPSS19.0 software to compare dataResult: 1.Using statistical analysis compared the general data and clinical manifestations of two groups.The result is p > 0.05.The comparison results show that there was no significant difference.So this data can be used for clinical studies2.After treatment the two groups of syndrome integral decreased significantly.The syndrome integral between before and after treatment has significantly different.(P <0.05)Seepage area,edema area,a burning sensation,thirst and constipation between the treatment group and the control group also has significantly different.(P < 0.05)The curative effect After 5 days and 1 month,Using statistics analysis to compare the two groups,have no difference.It have obvious difference thatthe two groups' long-term efficacy(Three months)collected through follow-up observations.The total effective rate of the treatment group is97.22%.The total effective rate of the control group is 91.67%.The recurrence rate also have obvious difference between treatment group and the control group.The treatment group's recurrence rate is lower than the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group is25%,and the recurrence rate of the control group is 61.11%3.In this study,There is no allergy,poisoning and other adverse reactions of the seventy-two patients.Conclusion: Although the two groups of treatment effect is similar,but the long-term efficacy of the treatment group is better than control group.And the effect of reduce therecurrence rate also like that.There is no allergy,poisoning and other adverse reactions of the seventy-two patients in this study.So Using Xuanshidaozhuo Decoction on recurrent oral ulcer has the characteristics of good effect,low recurrence rate and safety.
