Clinical Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Spleen Heat Retention Syndrome And Yin Deficiency Of Stomach Heat Syndrome

Objective:the recurrent oral ulcer with Qingwei San in treating spleen heat retention syndrome and Decoction in treating yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome and observe its curative effect and the features and advantages of remote recurrence for evaluation of short-term efficacy and remote effect.Methods:38 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were collected with accumulation of heart and spleen syndrome,Yin Deficiency Hyperactivity of fire cases.The collection of accumulation of heart and spleen syndrome 18 cases of Qingwei San treatment.20 cases of fire due to yin deficiency,to add and subtract treatment.The score of oral local lesion degree and TCM syndrome quantitative symptom score were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the improvement of clinical curative effect,TCM treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is safe and feasible.Results:1)the result of 38 cases of short-term curative effect of recurrent oral ulcer by medication after 8 weeks of treatment were observed by nimodipine method evaluation,clinical cure in 3 cases(7.90%),(26.32%):10 cases markedly effective,20 cases(52.63),invalid 3 cases(13.15%),the total effective rate 86.85%.The clinical observation of 18 cases(5.55%)of the central spleen heat accumulation syndrome(n = 1)was observed in the treatment group(n = 4),which was effective in all of the patients(n = 22.22%).The results were as follows:(n = 10)(n =55.56%),and the effect was invalid in all the patients(n = 3).The total effective rate was up to 83.33%.In 20 cases,yin deficiency of stomach heat syndrome clinical cure in 2 cases(10%),6(30%):effective,effective,ineffective:10(50%):2(10%),the total effective rate was 90%.2)after 8 weeks of treatment,18 cases of recurrent oral ulcer cardiosplenic syndrome patients accumulate heat syndrome integral before and after the treatment,burning pain,bad breath,annoyance scores after treatment compared with before treatment were decreased,P<0.05 shows significant differences,with statistical significance.The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of the treatment of ulcer pain,dry mouth,constipation,noisy hunger,insomnia and constipation after treatment.P<0.01 showed that the difference was statistically significant.20 cases of recurrent oral ulcer Yindeficiency syndrome syndrome integral comparison before and after treatment,treatment of hunger,noisy like integral heat of hand and foot,Yaoxisuanruan,night sweating hot flashes before and after treatment were lower than P,less than 0.05 difference significantly,with statistical significance.Ulcer pain,dry mouth,insomnia,dry stool constipation score were compared before and after treatment were decreased,P<0.01 difference was statistically significant.3)38 cases of short-term curative effect of recurrent oral ulcer by medication after 8 weeks of treatment,observation of 18 cases of recurrent oral ulcer and product comparison before and after heat treatment in the local lesion in patients with oral ulcer treatment,ulcer area,number and area of the effusion score before treatment was significantly reduced,P<0.05 difference significantly,with statistical significance.The area of congestion and edema after treatment were lower than before treatment,P<0.01 showed that the difference was statistically significant.The other 20 cases of recurrent oral ulcer in patients with Yin deficiency and stomach heat syndrome before and after local treatment of oral lesion after 8 weeks of treatment,treatment of ulcer number,congestion area,edema area after the score before treatment was significantly reduced,P<0.05 shows significantly difference,has statistical significance.The area of ulcer area and the area of exudation after treatment were lower than that before treatment,P<0.01 showed that the difference was statistically significant.4)38 cases of recurrent oral ulcer curative effect of remote reference in 2000 released "Chinese medicine oral recurrent aphthous ulcer curative effect evaluation of his trial standards" in the remote evaluation standard,observation of treatment and recurrence of ulcer recurrence number after 8 weeks to evaluate the curative effect,which were:11 cases(28.96%),22(effective.57.89%),5 cases(13.15%),the total effective rate was 86.85%.In 18 cases the center of spleen accumulated heat syndrome in patients with the number of recurrence period of 6 patients had prolonged and recurrent oral ulcer with different degrees of reduction,reached the standard for evaluation markedly effective,9 cases had different degrees of recurrence period prolonged or recurrent oral ulcer number decreased,reached the standard for evaluation only effective.In 3 cases of recurrent oral ulcer recurrence period and number were not significantly improved,invalid.The total effective rate reached 83.33%.20 cases of yin deficiency of stomach heat syndrome in patients with the number of recurrence period of 5 patients had prolonged and recurrent oral ulcer with different degrees of reduction,reached the standard for evaluation markedly effective,13 cases had different degrees of recurrence period prolonged or recurrent oral ulcer number decreased,reached the standard for evaluation of effective,only in 2 cases recurrence period and recurrent oral ulcer number were not significantly improved,invalid.The total effective rate reached 90%.Conclusion:local oral ulcer Qingwei San Decoction and decoction on recurrent oral ulcer spleen heat retention syndrome and yin deficiency of stomach heat syndrome in the short-term curative effect and syndrome and recurrence and recurrence of ulcer number has exact clinical curative effect;and no serious adverse reaction caused by traditional Chinese Medicine report found during the observation period.
