Clinical Observation On Flavored Six Gentlemen Decoction In Treating Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Type Of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Objective:By observing the flavored six gentlemen decoction treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer clinical research, to observe clinical efficacy.Methods:Select60cases of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer randomly divided into the treatment group of30cases (treated with flavored six gentlemen decoction) and the control group of30cases (treated with Vit B2、Vit C and Cydiodine Buccal Tablets). Course of two groups was5days. Contrast the index of two sets, such as the total effective rate, total accumulate points of symptoms and signs, the improvement of main clinical symptoms and so on.The long-time effect of the two groups were compared by observing the ulcer recurrence in3months.Results:1.The main symptoms and signs indexes of the two groups comparison:The main symptoms and signs indexes of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05) after the end of treatment, the treatment group in improving the ulcer size, the number of ulcer, the congestion of ulcer, the pain of ulcer, the digestive tract symptoms, was obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05).2.The total effeetive rate of the Tradition Chinese Medieine main symptoms and signs comparison:the total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%, and the control group was77.0%, Through statistical analysis, there were statistically significant differenees between two groups in the total effective rate of the Traditional Chinese Medicine main symptoms and signs(P<0.05).3. The total effective rate on ulcer of the two group comparison: The total effective rat on ulce of the treatment group and control group was90.0%and87.0%. There were not statistieally signifieant differences (P>0.05).4.The recurrence rate of the two groups comparison:The recurrence rate of the treatment group was45.83%,that of the control group was80.95%.Through statistical analysis,there were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).5. Security indexes of the two group comparison:These two groups had no obvious influence in blood, urine, evacuation of bowels, function of live and kidney.Conclusions:The treatment based on flavored six gentlemen decoction could obviously improve the cardinal symptoms of recurrent aphthous ulcer; the curative effect is superior to the control group. To a certain extent, flavored six gentlemen decoction can control ulcer recurrence.
