Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the instructor's self-prepared Qingchuang Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer of spleen and stomach dampness and heat, and to conduct a comparative study with the treatment of Kangfuxin liquid to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on recurrent ulcer of spleen and stomach dampness Effect experience guidance for clinical application of this method in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. Methods: A total of 64 patients with recurrent oral ulcers with moist heat of the spleen and stomach who met the inclusion criteria during the outpatient were randomly divided into test group 32 and control group 32 according to the order of consultation. The treatment group was given oral decoction of Chinese medicine decoction Qingchuang Decoction,1 dose per day,and was warmly taken200 ml each time half an hour after breakfast and dinner;the control group was given Kangfuxin solution, gargle in the mouth for 10 min,10ml each time.3 times a day for 2 weeks.During the observation period,2 patients in the treatment group were discontinued with medication interruption;1 patient in the control group withdrew on their own,and 2 patients took other drugs to treat the disease without permission.By observing the average healing time of the ulcer surface, the score of local oral lesions, the score of TCM symptoms, total effectiveness, recurrence, safety and other indicators, the efficacy and safety of the two groups of drugs were compared. The data were uniformly analyzed by SPSS 22.0,and the t-test,chi-square test, and rank-sum test were used for measurement data, count data, and rank data.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender, type composition, and average course of disease(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)Comparison of average ulcer healing time: there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).This shows that both groups can promote the healing of oral ulcers, but the experimental group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison of local lesion scores: there was a statistical difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the number of ulcers and ulcer pain scores in the experimental group decreased more significantly between the two groups, with statistical differences(P<0.05)),Indicating that both groups can treat the symptoms of local lesions, but the experimental group is better than the control group in the number of ulcers and ulcer pain.(4)Comparison of TCM symptom scores: there were statistical differences before and after treatment in the experimental group(P <0.05).Before and after treatment in the control group, there was a difference in the treatment of abdominal distension, less appetite, bitter mouth, and nausea and vomiting.Difference(P<0.05),no difference in other symptoms(P>0.05).And there was a statistical difference in each individual comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in treating TCM symptoms.(5)Comparison of total clinical efficacy: total effective rate of local lesions,93.33% and 82.76% of test group and control group, respectively;no statistical difference(P>0.05);total effective rate of TCM symptoms, test group and control group, respectively It was 93.33% and 65.52%,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups were equivalent in improving the local lesions of patients, and the test group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine.(6)Comparison of recurrence rates: The recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 15.38% and 54.55%,respectively,which were statistically different(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the long-term effect of this disease.CONCLUSION: In the treatment of this disease,Qingchuang Decoction can not only reduce or cure the symptoms of local lesions in patients, but also obviously alleviate or cure patients' systemic symptoms, and can well control the recurrence. The clinical application is safe and effective and can be promoted.
