With the development of industrial production and high population concentration,traffic volume in large cities or metropolitan areas incrementally grows year after year,in order to ease traffic congestion,most of the initiatives taken priority to the development of public transport,subway construction rapidly develops.Compared project,the subway project has not only large project,long duration,many underground construction operations and complex construction techniques and construction environment,but also the construction process is vulnerable to restricting impact of underground pipelines in construction surrounding,high-rise buildings and the complex hydro geological conditions.How to deal with risks and emergencies in subway construction has become a serious problem.Since Metro section 16 section studied by project through SuzhouJie Station,in the risk management process has the following two aspects of the main issues: First project involves the Suzhou Jie Station,SuzhouJie Station and the existing Line 10 Suzhoujie Station crossly layout,the new station construction impact on existing lines is large,and complex engineering geology and hydro geology conditions,faced with so many aspects of the project risk,how to conduct risk identification has become an important issue of risk management.Second,the issue involves a wide range,and how its qualitative and quantitative analysis becomes a technical difficulty.In this paper,using the construction process of Beijing Subway Line 16 project as specific examples,apply risk management approach to do risk identification,risk assessment and risk response in construction process,specifically includes three aspects:One risk identification,firstly introduces the location and nature of the project construction;and then analyzes the difficulties of project analysis,from a different point of view analyzes the problems in the project construction process;Finally,according to the characteristics ofconstructioncontractsfromengineeringandconstruction environment introduces departure the risk list;Two,risk assessment,using fuzzy evaluation methods to determine the fuzzy grade evaluation,including the risk factors set,risk level sets and fuzzy mapping rules;and finally fuzzy grade rating the objects in 3.3,the results of risk assessment is the important reference for the risk measures.Three,risk response,from different angles,such as the Geological Survey-based measures of risk aversion,monitoring and early warning based risk mitigation measures,and risk backup plan based on contingency plans.Through flexible organizational risk response plan,increasing initiative,and reducing passive project management measures.Through summarizing their own risk,environmental risk in subway construction process,it has a good reference for the same type of project,for other types of project risk management also serve as a reference.
