Reseearch Of Project Rist Management Of Subway Construction——Take Tianjin Subway Line No.2as Example

Nowadays with the acceleration of urbanization, the demand of urban railway system expands continuously. Thus using the method of risk management during the process of subway construction and making accurate assessment of it becomes a critical basis of the successful management of whole project. This thesis is built on the theoretical system of risk management and combines the example of Tianjin No.2subway line in order to make a deep survey of how to apply risk management in subway construction.Firstly the thesis gives a brief introduction of risk management, together with its characteristics. Then it makes a detailed analysis of risk recognition, risk assessment and risk treatment, which are all key steps of risk management, and shows out their features. At the meanwhile, it also researches how these steps can be used in the given case. Lastly, some emergency situations which may happen are given in the thesis together with specific solutions to them.
