In order to solve the problems of large initial investment,intensive capital investment,long cost recovery period and insufficient construction funds in subway construction,TOD mode of rail transit arises at the right moment.It can not only promote intensive land use,but also improve the efficiency of land development and form a new residential mode.However,subway projects are often located at important traffic nodes in the city,and the construction and development will not only be affected by the natural environment,but also be restricted by the social environment.Compared with the real estate development project on the white land,its construction risk factors are more,more prone to a variety of safety problems,it is necessary to accurately identify the construction risk according to its own characteristics,analyze and evaluate the possibility and degree of risk,and then put forward measures to prevent and defuse the risk.This paper takes the top head subway of Chentougang rolling stock section of guangzhou metro line 22 as an example,studies and discusses the construction of the overbuilding project from the aspects of risk identification,risk estimation and evaluation,risk response and so on.Collect the basic data of the project to form a risk identification list,screen out 13 major risk factors such as geological conditions,adjacent foundation pit construction and cover slab main construction,establish a risk evaluation model,and put forward countermeasures according to the actual construction situation.The research shows that the construction technology of the subway overlay project is complex,and it is necessary to consider both the overlay construction and the subway operation under the overlay at the same time,and strengthen the risk control.In the list of 25 risk identification,the top 13 risk factors are mainly geological conditions,adjacent foundation pit construction,main construction of cover plate,overhead catenary under cover,hoisting safety,etc.,and the importance of each level of risk factors is further quantified.Among them,the risk of cross operation is of "high level",the risk of project itself and adjacent construction is of "moderate level",and the risk of project management is of "low level".Through risk identification,estimation and evaluation,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for risk factors to avoid or reduce the impact on the construction of top head subway.
