Subway has a lot of advantages of mass rapid transit,speediness ,safety ,punctual arrival ,little environmental pollution , little influenced by climate conditions etc ,which make subway the global metropolitan transportation lifeline. However, due to the subway construction process such prominent characteristics of latent complexity and uncertainty, subway engineering has great risks .And in the implementation process , there are a lot of uncertain risky factors ,for many difficulties and obstacles will be met in designing, construction and decision .Especially in recent years the disasters and accidents occurred frequently in metro projects draw the attention of people to the risk factors .The research is in this context.This paper applies risk management theory to the subway engineering ,conducts the research of the No 3 subway risk management technologies during the engineering project construction, combined with the No 1 subway engineering difficulties in Tianjin such as project construction tight period ,high starting point ,large removal ,more professional technology, through the method of combining theoretical analysis and engineering practice .Applying project risk management procedures to the construction risk management of subway interval ,to identify the risk factors of subway construction ; to analyze and evaluate subway station construction risk ,and to come up with the corresponding measures of risk ;Putting forward risk aversion scheme and risk disposal scheme for Tianjin No 3 subway Jie fang qiao station, and grasping the risk rule to control the project risk in Tianjin No 3 subway in reasonable scope.Through the research of subway project construction risk management, we will be better able forecast and solve the possible problems in construction.
