Information technology have been used in every industry.With the rapid development of Shanghai nuclear power industry,the urgent need for information and the use of modern means of scientific management.In this context,the S Department has built a nuclear power information service platform to meet the needs of the development of new forms of nuclear power industry.As Typical IT project,S Nuclear Information Service Platform is a kind of knowledge-intensive project,which is different from common construction project.Because the IT project needs more complex and changeable,with some demand will promote the progress of project change,the schedule is to be modified,thus strengthening the schedule management is particularly important in the project.The level of schedule management not only directly influences the cost input and resource consumption of the project,but also affects the time limit and quality of the project.Therefore,it is of great significance to do further research on schedule management.This paper reviews the related theory of IT project management,project schedule management and knowledge management tools,and combined with the actual cases are analyzed carefully,experience feedback,and this has important theoretical and practical value for the full understanding of system theory,IT project schedule management,schedule management,reasonable operation way to solve the problem of seeking the path etc..In the actual case analysis process,in this paper,the theory of schedule management and based on the technology,combined with the construction of nuclear power information service platform S,using the WBS decomposition of the project activities,and using the three point estimate method to calculate the required time,analysis of the project resources and equipped with constraints,with the network map out the critical path,finally completed the preparation and optimization of overall project and each of the key sub project schedule,and find out the factors affecting the project schedule,formulate relevant control measures,so as to make the whole project progress control.
