Construction project of nuclear power stations is a huge systematic project,which is featured by long period,large investment and strong professional characteristics from the project start to the project completion.During the different stages of the construction,staff in the construction unit,material purchasing,arrival of free-issued materials,natural environment,financial situation,design perfection condition,construction interface coordination and other factors have become main factors that influence the progress of projection,put off the construction of nuclear power project construction and increase the risk of construction project.What kinds of ways and methods should be adopted to improve the progress of nuclear power station construction,to improve work quality by balancing cost and benefits and to complete nuclear power construction project by the scheduled time with guaranteed quality and quantity has become an important issue being focused on.Scientific planning and integrated construction management,and enhancement of project progression management will be required in nuclear power station construction to guarantee the progress,quality and safety of the project.The construction of Haiyang nuclear power project-nuclear island was taken as the example in this paper and a general instruction was carried out on the basic conditions of the project.It introduced the feature and organization management structure of Haiyang project and made use of the method of combining theoretical features and construction practices of construction project schedule management based on theory of project progress management to analyze progress management status of Haiyang nuclear power project and its existing problems.For the existing problems of project schedule management,the point system is used for project schedule management.The construction schedule management design based on point system was adopted,including introduction of point system,optimization of usage platform of point system and overall implementation of progress management of point system,which mainly includes schedule arrangement,execution plan follow-up,schedule variance analysis,dynamic analysis and adjustment,performance appraisal of construction team,construction efficiency analysis,manpower needs assessment and other powerful project progress management measures.It also proposed supporting measures of Haiyang nuclear power project progress management.In conclusion,before the construction,a completed progress management system should be established,management procedure should be formulated and relevant requirements should be made.During the construction progress,various monitoring ways should be adopted to formulate reasonable project construction progress plan,strengthen progress control during the construction stage and carry out dynamic follow-up,thus reducing the risk of delayed schedule and assuring timely completed acceptance of the project.
