Research On Project Schedule Management Base On BIM Cloud Platform

Schedule management is a key link in project management,which not only affect the construction period,but directly affects the economic and social benefits of the project.Schedule issues often lead to cost,safety and quality issues.Schedule management software such as Project and P6 effectively improved the schedule management level of the project.However,as the building volume continues to grow,the structural shape is more and more complicated,The loss of information in the traditional schedule management is serious,the planning and actual derailment,poor coordination,etc.The problem is gradually exposed,and the schedule management work has encountered the bottlenecks.The research and application of BIM technology provides a new angle for project schedule management,In fact,BIM technology is a tool that cannot solve the problem of collaborative work,but the cloud platform can provide a collaborative work platform for project participants.The cloud platform also makes BIM technology applications unrestricted by location and hardware configuration.Cloud platform and BIM can complement each other.Introducing BIM cloud platform into schedule management can solve its existing problems and the research result has high theoretical and application value.This paper refers extensive literature research and project cases.Firstly,researching on traditional schedule management theory,BIM technology and cloud platform,analyzing the value generated by the integration of BIM and cloud platform,and introduce BIM cloud platform into project schedule management to solve its existing problems.Secondly,analyzing the schedule management system which was based on BIM cloud platform from project management organization,project schedule and schedule control.Thirdly,proposing three schedule management application schemes which was based on BIM cloud platform.The implementation process,model creation and technical content of each scheme are analyzed,and the functions,flexibility and input-output ratio of each application scheme are qualitatively analyzed,then the advantages and disadvantages and scope of application of each program are obtained.Fourthly,basing on common characteristics of search solutions,this paper proposes the universal workflow of project schedule management with BIM cloud platform.Last but not least,through the practical application of the scheme in the Qingdao Academy of Arts Gymnasium project,and the application of new technologies such as real-world modeling and 3D scanning,the feasibility of the application process of the scheme was verified from various angles.The paper studies the application,methods and processes of schedule management based on BIM cloud platform.Based on the analysis results,the project is applied the BIM cloud platform,which has high theoretical and application value,and provides theoretical support for further research and application.
