The power transmission project is the basic project of people's livelihood in our country,which is related to people's daily life.With the research on schedule management of power transmission project being not perfect enough,conducting the research and analysis,to solve the corresponding problem is particularly important.This thesis establishes the critical chain method to study the problem of schedule management in power transmission project by related literature analysis.The critical chain project management theory is reviewed and analyzed,and the advantages of it compared with the traditional methods.There are problems in project schedule management concluded,and analysis on the advantages of critical chain method in solving these problems compared with the traditional methods.Two factors that influence the critical chain method are applied to the power transmission project.One of them is to identify the critical chain.With the shortest time being the target,the model of identifying the critical chain that is to be solved by the ant colony algorithm,is established.The other is to calculate the size of the buffer.The main factors affecting the weight and quantitative analysis are selected,the calculation model of the buffer size is proposed,and the control measures are given.The actual case of the application of critical chain method in Yunnan 500KV-M power transmission project is analyzed.Firstly,the logical relationship of each process is sorted,and the constraint resources are divided.Then the critical chain and non-critical chain are identified.Secondly,the buffer model is built to calculate the import buffer and project buffer,and then the project duration is obtained.The deviation in the process of critical chain management is analyzed and demonstrated,and the main reasons are pointed out.According to the problem in the project implementation,the specific measures of the progress control are given,which provide the guarantee for the normal operation of the critical chain schedule management.Research in this thesis provides certain reference on the critical chain method,which is widely used in power transmission project.
