With the environmental pollution and energy crisis getting worse,the sustainable development and green building has become the inevitable direction of the development of mankind and the construction industry.The existing green building risk assessment is mainly for the comprehensive risk assessment of the project,and most of the risk factors are regarded as independent individual,without taking into account the interaction between risk factors.In order to solve the limitation of existing research,this dissertation builds a risk factor evaluation model based on social network analysis considering the influence of risk factors.In this dissertation,the influence of risk factors is defined as the conditional probability.Based on the definition of "reachable" concept in social network analysis,the formulas of probability and risk loss are defined by calculating probability and expectation.The risk controllability concept is defined by the formula of group risk probability.On the basis of identifying stakeholders and risk factors of green building in our country,this dissertation constructs a green building risk assessment model based on social network analysis.A value-oriented green building risk network consisting of 34 risks and 122 risks was established.The influence of risk factors was quantified by Delphi method.The risk factors of 34 green buildings were calculated by using the modified formula of the probability value and the loss value.The results show that the seven key risks of green building in our country are plan and plan,cost overrun,safety measure,green certification failure,design change,government corruption and insufficient fund.Among them,plans and programs,cost overruns,security measures and green certification failure are of high probability and high loss,while design changes and government corruption are of low probability but high loss.
