The Research On Risk Factor Analysis And Precaution Of Green Building Project Based On Stakeholders

China is in the key period of socialist modernization.There are serious problems in the process of urbanization,such as,energy consumption,shortage of resources and environmental pollution.Construction industry is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry.It is necessary to achieve energy saving and sustainable development of construction industry for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.The green building not only emphasizes the energy saving and environmental protection in the whole life cycle,but also values the harmony between man and nature,and the development of green building is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry,and it is urgent to develop green building projects.Previous research found that there are many risks in the development process of green building project,and the complex risk relationship is the main reason that affects the development of green building.The development of green building project needs the participation of many stakeholders.The different demands of all parties make the risk relationship more complex.To promote the development of green building in China,we must study the risks which affect the success of green building projects.Based on this,this paper identifies the risk factors that affect the success of green building projects in China from the perspective of stakeholders with qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out risk analysis and find out the key risk factors.Then it constructs a risk prevention system for green building projects,in order to provide references for the development of green buildings in China.First,the paper introduces and sorts out research status and main achievements by reading and arranging the domestic and foreign literature related to green building On the basis of exploring the connotation and development characteristics of green building,the theory of stakeholder and engineering risk management is discussed and summarized.The practice of social network analysis theory and method in the field of engineering project management.Secondly,according to the literature on the risk of green building from domestic and international,combining the risk management theory and the actual situation of the development of green building projects in our country,the risk of green building projects in China is combed from two dimensions of stakeholders and life cycle.And the factors of the 4 life cycle stages on the 7 types of stakeholders are identified,thus there are 28 risk factors for successful green building projects as the research scope of this paper.Then,the relationship between the risk of green building project is defined by expert investigation,and then the intensity empowerment of the risk influence relationship is carried out through the questionnaire survey,thus the network structure of green building project is constructed and visualized by computer software.Analyzing the risk network of green building project according to the three levels of macro,meso and microcosmic.The risk of 28 green building projects is divided into three levels,and 6 key risk factors of green building of the first level risk are identified.Finally,it put forward the countermeasures against the key risk,and further build the risk prevention system of green building project which integrates the risk coordination control system,the market support system and the legal policy guarantee.
