| Driven by environmental protection and other factors,traditional construction mode ushered in the transformation and development.The prefabricated building has obvious advantages in terms of construction period,quality,and environmental protection,which is regarded as the trend of transformation of the traditional construction industry.The quality is an important factor that affects the long-term development of prefabricated buildings,and the existence of quality risk has brought great uncertainty to prefabricated buildings.In order to promote the healthy development of the prefabricated building industry,to strengthen the quality control in the process of prefabricated building construction,and reduce the impact of prefabricated building quality risks,this research starts from the perspective of the whole process of prefabricated building to identify and analyze risk indicators and their relationships,evaluate risk level of the project,and build the quality risk management method system in the whole process of prefabricated building,to deal with the quality risk of each stage of prefabricated building construction.First of all,based on the whole process of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the roles played by each participant and the relationship between the participants,describes the whole process construction system of prefabricated buildings,and analyzes the conditions of risk control.Secondly,through a large amount of literature analysis,the literature research method was used to identify 43 quality risk indicators in the whole process of prefabricated buildings from the dimension of "risk category-stage",and the questionnaire survey method and expert interview method were used to amend the risk indicators,7 risk indicators supplemented,11 risk indicators revised,10 risk indicators removed,and finally 29 preliminary risk indicators determined.This paper established a preliminary quality risk indicator system after the classification and reorganization from the perspective of participants.Then,based on the 29 risk indicators identified,the influence value of the risk indicators and the mutual influence relationship between the indicators were determined through the expert interview method,and the risk social network was established using the social network analysis method(SNA),and the risk value,point degree centrality,intermediate centrality and proximity centrality of each risk indicator were calculated.This paper conducted specific analysis of risk indicators to screen out key risk indicators in specific prefabricated building projects.Finally,based on key risk indicators,the grey relational analysis method and matter-element analysis method are combined to determine the weight of risk indicators and the quality risk level of prefabricated building projects.Taking the NANJING No.1 MIDDLE SCHOOL,JIANGBEI NEW AREA Project as an example,18 key risk indicators in the project were screened out,the risk level of the project was determined as Ⅲ(middle risk),and corresponding risk response suggestions were put forward,which verified the feasibility of the risk management method.This research not only enriches the theoretical results of prefabricated building risk management,but also provides new ideas for the quality risk management of prefabricated building projects.Moreover,it also expands the research methods of prefabricated building projects through the application of social network analysis,so as to make the quality risk research of prefabricated building projects more perfect. |
