The main goal of the country to vigorously develop infrastructure investment and construction is to promote the accumulation of economic and social development foundations and support the rapid development of the economy;On the other hand,improve the level of public facilities services,improve the urban living environment,and benefit the people's livelihood.At present,the city appearance and traffic conditions of many cities and the lives of the people are negatively affected by various municipal management networks.Disorganized,high-altitude suspension of municipal pipelines has not been properly resettled and managed in an orderly manner,and the frequent excavation of roads caused by pipeline maintenance has brought inconvenience to residents' lives while bringing scars to the entire city,indirectly affecting the road system and traffic condition.Vigorously building urban underground integrated pipe corridors has a positive effect and can improve many urban problems.Because the underground integrated pipe gallery itself has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment,and many participants,the risk factors caused by the participants are complicated and the number is large.Therefore,the risk management of the integrated pipe corridor project is difficult and the management level is not high..This paper takes the stakeholder and risk factor system of Dalian Dong gang Integrated Pipe Gallery Project as the entry point,and studies the risk relationship network of the project by means of SNA method,classifies the risk and proposes targeted control recommendations.Firstly,based on the whole life cycle of the integrated pipe corridor project,the article summarizes 12 types of stakeholders,including: investors,approval departments,operating units,construction units,design units,supervision units,etc.,and briefly analyzes the main division of labor and role of various stakeholders in the project;then on the basis of combing the relevant research content,summed up the risk factors caused or involved by each type of stakeholders,and used 40 risk factors as nodes to build the network.After defining the nodes,the Delphi method is used to determine the relationship between risk factors,and different types of questionnaires are distributed to experts in different fields to complete the definition of node relationships.The adjacency matrix is input into UCINET software to build a risk relationship network,and the relational network is visualized by means of NETDRAW software.Then,the risk relationship network of Dong gang Integrated Pipeline is analyzed from three dimensions,including node relationship level,individual network level and overall network,including: central analysis,middleman analysis,block model analysis,and relevance analysis.The comprehensive multi-dimensional analysis results classify the risk factors into three types: conduction source type,connection type and strong influence type;At last through the risk mitigation actions and effect detection,the impact of three types of risk factors on the relational network is studied.It is found that risks of connected type are more favorable for controlling the risk factors.On this basis,the article gives the management strategies of the stakeholders of the three types of risk factors.Combined with the actual project experience,specific management and control suggestions are proposed for each type of risk factors,which is expected to help improve the risk management level of Dong gang Integrated Pipeline Project and more projects in the future.
