The Study On Risk Assessment Of Green Building Project In Decision Stage

The concept of" ecological civilization" was unified a series of matters including environmental protection, resource conservation, energy conservation,development of renewable energy, water, air and soil pollution in the report during the opening ceremony of the18th CPC National Congress at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The green building is one of the important components of the construction of ecological civilization.In this paper the project risk of green building is studied from the contractor’s point of view. On the basis of studying the status of green building projects at home and abroad and introducing risk management knowledge, the characteristics of green building projects are analyzed. By comparing the difference between green building projects and general construction projects, the characteristics of green building projects risk are found in the target risk, management risk, technology risk which are more difficult on management than the general project.Used risk breakdown structure theory of modern project management, combined with traditional methods such as expert advice, the risk breakdown structure of green building project is established according to the characteristics of green building projects from the perspective of the whole life cycle. And the elements that affect the risk will be gotten.Based on these studies, risk evaluation index system including six-level indicators and30secondary indicators to a green building project is build the first time; the risk assessment model is constructed based on hierarchical attribute model (AHM) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By analyzing a Technology Museum Project, we found that the risk level is "general", the results of this evaluation will be useful in decision-making and risk control.
