With the requirements of the structural adjustment and upgrading of the construction industry and the development of new urbanization,prefabricated buildings are being vigorously promoted,but at the same time,the risks of prefabricated buildings in the construction process have gradually emerged.The prefabricated construction project involves many stakeholders,and the different interest demands and information level of each stakeholder lead to a low degree of collaborative operation.In addition,the risks in different stages of prefabricated construction projects increase the uncertainty of project implementation due to the butterfly effect and coupling effects,making the risks in the whole life cycle form an intricate network relationship.Therefore,in order to enable project managers to control the life cycle risks of prefabricated buildings in a targeted manner,ensure the successful construction and operation of prefabricated building projects and the realization of quality benefits,and effectively promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China,this article starts from the project life cycle From the two-dimensional perspective of stakeholders,the social network analysis method is used to conduct in-depth research on the risks in the life cycle of prefabricated construction projects,and propose effective risk control strategies.This article first explains the connotation and characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the current development status in my country.On this basis,it introduces the connotation of risk and the connotation and characteristics of prefabricated building project risks,as well as the importance of risk analysis.Defined and identified,and finally introduced the concept and expression of social network analysis,as well as the feasibility and superiority of the risk analysis of prefabricated construction projects.Secondly,from the two-dimensional perspective of the project’s life cycle and stakeholders,the literature on risks in each stage of the prefabricated construction project is sorted out,and the grey relational analysis method is used to screen the risk factors that have been initially identified.32 risk factors that cover the entire life cycle of the project related to the category of stakeholders.Thirdly,the social network analysis method SNA is used to construct the risk network model of the prefabricated construction project.Firstly,the nodes of the risk network are determined;then the influence relationship between the risk factors is determined by the Dephi method,and the consistency analysis method is used to test the result of the risk relationship identification;on this basis,the Ucinet software is used to construct the life cycle of the prefabricated construction project Risk network and visualize it;finally,analyze the important indicators of risk network from the macro level,the meso level and the micro level.Finally,combined with the X prefabricated residential project,the application process of the social network analysis method in the risk research of prefabricated building projects is explained in detail,and the scientific rationality of using SNA to analyze the complex risk network of prefabricated building life cycle is verified.First,analyze the complex risk network of the project from the macro level,and find that the closeness of the relationship between the risks in the project risk network and the complexity of the relationship transmission path are relatively high;then from the middle level,the structure of the project risk network The attributes are analyzed,and the core risk subgroups located in the special position of the risk network are obtained;finally,the key risks that play a decisive role in the induction and transmission of risk factors are obtained from the micro-level analysis,and these key risk factors are summarized as the transmission source There are two types of type and connecting hub type,and the real-time simulation method is used to test the effect of risk control.Moreover,based on the analysis results,a targeted risk management and control strategy was proposed from the perspective of stakeholders and a risk collaborative control system was constructed.
