Apartment construction workers are building projects, construction investment in large-scale, long construction period, involving more complex units and enterprises, and along with the many uncertainties in the construction process, many of these factors led directly to construction project risk, is on schedule to complete construction projects, seeking to maximize economic efficiency, construction companies must analyze all the risks faced by the project, the nature of research risks, causes, probability of occurrence, the risk of loss caused by the size, etc., and develop effective risk response plan based on risk identification.Project Risk Management in China is still in its infancy compared with foreign project management theory, and application of theory to explore this aspect is still immature, still need long-term research and improvement. In this paper, LOVOL workers apartment construction project for the study, mainly using a literature study and expert interviews, qualitative and quantitative analysis, the relative ratio method to study the project in the decision analysis and empirical analysis of norms, risks of construction and operation period of existence, and then the risk assessment using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, coping strategies based on the results of risk assessment studies, the risk of loss of the entire project to a minimum.Risk management programs in the project from the start of this article the background construction project risk studies, the status quo, meaning and so on. Project risk management through risk identification, risk assessment, risk response research and analysis to determine the research ideas, apartment construction project on staff for risk management in order to ensure the smooth development and completion of the project.
