Study And Implementation Of Collaborative Platform Based Project Management Information System On Supplying Products For Nuclear Power Plant

The nuclear safety culture acts as guide for the employees of an organization as to how they will behave in the workplace. The implementation the guide can be realized in four aspects, for all behaviors and activities, as: activities shall be 100% planned, the out comings of the activities shall be 100% recorded and traceable, responsibility of the activities shall be 100% fulfilled and activities shall be 100% supervised and under control.The purpose of this thesis is to study the ways of improving the executing capability of an organization for project quality control to satisfy the requirement of nuclear safety requirement. The study focuses on project management procedure, with an emphasis on planning and task breaking down on the basis of an information system.The project management procedures include processes of project organization structuring, project planning, task breaking down, multi level execution of the tasks. All information resulting from these processes are recorded and traceable on the platform. The information platform provide access for all stakeholder to the information relating planning, tasking executing, controlling, feedback and supervising.The information platform is composed of four modules, project organization structuring, tasking, issue handling and documentation.. It is an efficient collaborative platform on the basis of computer network, on which, multi users can share their work. Tasking is the core of the system, the process covers management, execution and collaboration.
