On the site of nuclear power construction,there are large construction areas,many cross operations,complex construction environment,strong mobility of construction personnel,few high-level industrial workers,and the risk of safety production is far greater than that of the general civil construction site,thus increasing the incidence of safety production events.In order to have a real and comprehensive understanding of the safety production status of the project,it is very urgent to introduce advanced concepts and methods,accurately and objectively evaluate the safety management level in the process of nuclear power construction,find out the shortcomings in safety management and formulate targeted improvement measures.Intrinsic safety can make people change from passive rectification to active prevention when they prevent and control accidents.However,at this stage,the application in the construction site is relatively less,and the research on intrinsic safety in the process of nuclear power construction is even less.In order to better improve the safety management level of nuclearpower construction projects,based on the honeycomb cheese model and loss control theory,this paper constructs the accident cause model of nuclear power construction site,introduces the intrinsic safety theory into the nuclear power construction site,constructs the intrinsic safety system structure model of nuclear power construction projects,and analyzes the intrinsic safety factors affecting nuclear power construction projects,On the basis of literature review and accident analysis,the index evaluation system is established.Combined with the network analytic hierarchy process,the analytic hierarchy process is used to deal with the index weight of the intrinsic safety level,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build a comprehensive evaluation model.Using the evaluation model,this paper evaluates a nuclear power project under construction,calculates the evaluation results,analyzes the evaluation results,puts forward effective suggestions and countermeasures,and implements them.Improve the intrinsic safety level of nuclear power construction projects,so as to reduce safety accidents and promote the rapid and stable development of nuclear power construction projects.
