| With the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the elderly housing industry has encountered unprecedented opportunities for development.From the 9073 pension pattern,we can see that the elderly who choose the community pension,institutional pension and other models are 10% of the total number,while relying on their own families and relatives to care accounted for 90%.The aging of a person is a gradual process,the future construction of residential areas should meet the needs of the elderly and other people of all ages pension.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to meet the needs of residents of old-age home care,the tools are the domestic and foreign theoretical research,home care needs survey,the current status of residential district planning and design survey.Constructing endowment mode of residential district planning and design methods,including site selection,size,types and proportion of residential types,types and configuration ofservice facilities,space layout,outdoor environment and other design methods,and taking the actual plot as the case to carry on the empirical research.In order to find out a kind of residential area planning and design method which meets the needs of the residents at home,provide a reference for the work of residential planning and construction.By means of the research methods and design methods of urban and rural planning,this paper explores the planning and design method of residential quarter under the mode of home care in accordance with the traditional concept of maintenance.Based on the existing residential area with a reasonable proportion of the housing endowment,being suitable for aging residential,pension service facilities and the appropriate aging space environment for innovation,putting forward a suitable model of residential area planning and design methodsfor China’s current social development level.So the elderly cannot be from family,not from the familiar social life environment,enjoythehappiness of a family union. |
