| According to the data of China’s seventh population census in 2020,China’s aging degree reached 18.7%,and China has entered an aging society before most Chinese families are not equipped with perfect elderly care services.At present,the society is facing two main development trends,one is the rapid aging of the population structure,the other is the rapid development of science and technology,with the acceleration of social aging and the imbalance between pension services and pension needs,the new pension model has become an important direction of social development,the state in 2012 proposed smart old-age care,in recent years,the application of intelligent technology shows that the application of intelligent technology to the aging transformation of residential space,has a very important practical significance.Based on the above background,this article will explore how to realize the age-appropriate transformation of living space in the context of smart home care.1.Theoretical case studies.Based on the research on the policies and theories of elderly care housing and smart elderly care at home and abroad,this thesis sorts out the relevant development trends at home and abroad,and summarizes the experience of predecessors.Through the application case analysis of smart home care in living space at home and abroad,the application of intelligent technology achievements in the housing of the elderly at this stage is summarized,so as to provide a basis for the strategy proposal and specific scheme design.2.Field investigation and research.This article conducts a combination of on-site research,online and offline questionnaire surveys,and household interviews to investigate the adaptability of urban elderly residential buildings in old residential areas,as well as newly built commercial houses and resettlement houses built since the new century,to an aging society.It also conducts a survey on the elderly’s demand for smart home care,with a focus on analyzing six typical sample cases.Summarize the current problems of community home-based elderly care as follows:(1)insufficient environmental adaptability,occupancy of passage space,inadequate lighting requirements,and incomplete signage system in the outdoor space;(2)Interior space:Unreasonable room functional layout,lack of accessibility design,poor lighting and ventilation effects,lighting not meeting requirements,and lack of intelligent facilities.3.Design strategy research.Propose that the application of smart elderly care in the aging adaptation renovation of residential spaces should comply with the four design principles of being elderly oriented,flexible and variable,scientific and concise,and environmentally accessible;In terms of overall design of residential space,optimize the overall space through three strategic methods: guiding spatial activity lines,enhancing visual communication,and multi-dimensional sensory complementarity;Subsequently,the residential area is divided into two levels: the outer space and the inner space,and a transformation strategy combining smart home care with aging living space is proposed for different spatial units.4.Renovation design research.According to the strategy proposed above,the family of Uncle Li,a typical elderly man living alone,is selected as the transformation object,and intelligent technology is applied to the aging design of living space.5.Summary of research.The main conclusions and final results of the thesis are organized,including the main problems of the elderly living space found in the research process,the strategic suggestions for the existing problems and the elaboration of the relevant design results,and the application of intelligent technology to the transformation of aging living space is prospected.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,it will provide new ideas for the improvement of the living space environment of the elderly and the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly,provide a theoretical reference for the combination of intelligent technology and home aging transformation in the future,and alleviate the anxiety of the elderly in China. |
