With the rapid development of society,in 50 s and 60 s the construction of old industrial buildings,facing demolition or protection and reuse options,these old industry is not only the industrial civilization of the last century witnessed,has a generation of new construction China revolutionary construction enthusiasm,but also a cultural symbol and carrier of the history of a city therefore,in order to better protect and utilize these precious material and spiritual wealth,renewal and reuse of old industrial buildings has now become a hot research topic.(1)This paper through on-the-spot investigation and network research,summarized at home and abroad for the old industrial building recycling status and the present situation of the safety risk management,found that the domestic scholars for the study on the regeneration of old industrial building safety risk management is less,therefore,the old industrial building recycling safety risk as the research object.(2)Using the method of risk management theory and the identification of dangerous source,using the four stages of the entire process of the regeneration of old industrial buildings,namely the decision stage,design stage,construction stage and maintenance stage of various uncertain factors(i.e.risk factors)are identified.(3)According to the principles of establishing index,combined with building related design specifications and construction safety standards,establish a reasonable evaluation index system,and based on the unascertained measure theory to establish the recycling of the old industrial building evaluation model based on security risk,finally from the view of management and technology for the recycling of the old industrial building is controlled by security risk.The feasibility of using safety riskassessment model and the effectiveness of the regeneration of old industrial buildings with engineering examples to verify the proposed.The results show that,in order to reasonably play the old industrial building advantages,save social resources and the recycling of the old industrial building assessment and control of safety risk utilization is a necessary work.
