The recycling of old industrial plants conforms to the innovative,green and coordinated development concept under the new economic conditions.The ecological benefits,economic benefits,cultural benefits and artistic benefits brought by recycling will promote the vigorous development of old industrial plants.To re-shape the urban landscape,rich urban architectural features,improve the regional and urban identification to provide new opportunities.However,the phenomenon of overheating in the process of reengineering and reexamination has also exposed some problems.As a result of the large scale of the old industrial plant,the large space of its own characteristics,the definition of fire protection before and after the transformation is unclear and so on,which greatly increases the risk of fire.Therefore,the fire risk evaluation and control of the old industrial plant after recycling is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the problems of fire risk management in the old industrial plant and the research on the normative research,this paper puts forward the evaluation index syst em of the fire risk of the old industrial plant,and uses the unascertained measure theory to establish the evaluation model,and then uses the BIM In the fire management advantages,to solve the old industrial plant recycling process of fire safety management issues.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Summarizes the results of research,according to the survey data of more than 20 national city of old industrial factory recycling situation,from recycling of existing fire transformation process such as refractory grade judgment is not accurate,fire protection zoning is not reasonable,safety evacuation distance does not meet the standard,the fire facilities do not meet the requirements of other issues,research the old industrial building fire risk assessment and management of content.(2)Establish the fire risk index evaluation system and build a fire risk assessment model.From the fire risk assessment of industrial and civil building of the existing theory,combined with the old industrial plant regeneration and utilization of its own characteristics,from the 5 aspects of building their own situation,fire control,safety evacuation,fire management personnel,the establishment of evaluation index system,using the unascertained measure theory of uncertain information in the evaluation of fire risk advantage,building fire risk assessment model.(3)Introduce the construction information model(BIM)into the fire risk control of the old industrial plant recycling project.By analyzing the advantages of BIM in the fire safety management,the fire risk management model of the old industrial plant based on BIM is established,Simulation,personnel evacuation,fire facilities management of four aspects of BIM in the recycling project fire risk control in the characteristics and practical application of the feasibility.(4)Taking the factory of an old steel mill in Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper validates the index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper,and uses Revit to establish the plant model to demonstrate the feasibility of fire risk control,such as fire simulation and personnel evacuation.,Fire equipment management,to verify the BIM into the old industrial plant fire risk control after the accuracy and convenience.Through extensive investigation and in-depth practice,are used to study the fire risk management on the regeneration of old industrial plants,improve the theoretical system of risk management of the renovation of old industrial buildings,and has a certain guiding significance for building fire protection management work.
