Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing of gas penetration,the process of urban gas pipeline has been greatly developed.The gas transported by pipeline has made people’s live more convenient,but it also has some risk at the same time.In order to ensure the safe running of urban gas pipeline,it is quite significant to conduct risk assessment,analysis failure reasons,determine risk level,and formulate several prevention and control measures.Firstly,this thesis investigates the failure data of urban gas pipeline in our country,determines the main reason of pipeline failure and the main types of accidents.Secondly,through detailed analysis the risk factors of urban gas pipeline,this thesis establishes evaluation index system,which is for assessing and researching the pipeline risk situation comprehensively and systematically.What’s more,this thesis establishes a risk assessment model for urban gas pipeline by combining unascertained measure theory with AHP.The model makes full use of the actual measured data and quantifies the qualitative index,which are benefit to reduce the influence of subjective factors.Finally,according to the risk assessment model,this thesis researches some steel gas pipeline in a city block,determines risk level and achieves risk classification of different pipe sections.It is verified that the unascertained measurement pipeline risk assessment model is valid and feasible.
