With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,a large number of "skyscraper" super-high-rise intelligent buildings are springing up like mushrooms from the surface.However,due to its special structure and large cubic construction,once fire accident happened,their fire evacuation,rescue and fire control difficulty,losses,etc are much bigger than ordinary buildings,therefore,to advance the prevention and control of fire risk research,identify and control the risk factors,it is necessary to grasp the construction overall situation of fire risk.This paper aims to identify the influencing factors of fire risk of intelligent high-rise buildings,establish an appropriate evaluation system,and introduce effective mathematical methods to deal with evaluation indexes,so as to obtain relatively objective risk evaluation results and provide reliable basis for the formulation of fire prevention and control measures.By summarizing the research status of fire risk assessment of super-high-rise smart buildings at home and abroad,it is found that,firstly,the current research rarely considers the impact of smart fire system on fire prevention and control in the index of the evaluation system.However,in practice,the role of smart buildings supported by big data and Internet of things in fire prevention and control cannot be ignored.Secondly,the uncertainty in the process of evaluation has not been properly dealt with.Thirdly,the determination of index weight is still subject to the subjective influence of experts' scoring.Therefore,in order to solve the above three problems,this paper studies.Based on consult yearbook,analysis of high-rise building fire typical fire cases as the background,based on the comprehensive theory of accident cause theory,supported by relevant national laws and standards,to apply wisdom of fire prevention and control of fire risk into account,the contribution of the recognition,induction and comb high-rise building fire risk factors to cause an wisdom,ultimately determine the five first-level indicators,20 secondary indexes,48 tertiary index.Consider fire evaluation about cognitive uncertainty,the uncertainty of knowledge,the wisdom of factor to influence the uncertainty of the measuring problem,introduced the theory of the unascertained clustering analysis,the uncertainty problem is transformed into the relative certainty of the clustering result makes high-rise building fire risk assessment of wisdom by unascertained clustering analysis.The evaluation model established in this study is applied to the domestic super high-rise buildings.According to the fire risk evaluation system for the building of research information index observation,based on this paper set up the fire risk of the unascertained C-average clustering model,calculate the index weight value,finally be building L1 respectively belong to {hazardous,more dangerous,general safety,safety} the membership degree of(0.0803,0.0803,0.3218,0.5176).The results of the two methods are proved to be consistent and practical.Finally,SWOT analysis method is applied to analyze the fire prevention and control strategy measures of super-high-rise smart buildings,and the improvement ideas of fire prevention technology are put forward.
