With the continuous development of China's economy and the increase in investment in fixed assets, the construction industry demand a new round of development trend. In the development model of construction industry steady increase model, the scale of infrastructure construction expanded. Large construction enterprises construct more and more buildings at the same time, construction enterprises manage the project in the form of "project group". Schedule management is the core of project management. In the context of collaborative management of the project, the uncertainty of construction period is increasing and the difficulty of construction schedule management is improved obviously. At present, traditional schedule management cannot meet the "project group" schedule management needs because of its too long estimated time, not considering the constraints of resources and other problems. Therefore, according to the shortcomings of the traditional schedule management method in the project management,this paper explores the research progress of the project group based on the Critical Chain technology, combined with the characteristics of the project management.This paper describes how to use the Critical Chain technology to carry out the progress management of the construction project from the angle of the construction enterprise. Review the relevant management articles,research the contents of the project management; By using the comparative analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and the Critical Chain schedule management method are analyzed, which also ensures the method of this article; Taking the construction enterprise as the research object, it analyzes the current situation of the construction enterprise project management, focuses on the status of the progress of the project management, analyzes the applicability of the Critical Chain in the project schedule management, and establish the specific application model of the Critical Chain in the project schedule management. Finally.we use the project in Shangluo of Z company as a research example to quantitatively analyze the applicability of critical chain schedule management.The main achievements of this paper include the following:(1) To determine construction enterprise project construction priority. Using the Corley Balanced Scorecard, we selects the priority of the construction group project from the four aspects of construction project financial index, construction unit satisfaction degree,construction enterprise internal business process, innovation and learning ability index, and establishes a project priority assessment system. The fuzzy Borda method is used to quantify the project priority decision, and the priority order of the project construction is obtained.(2 ) Distinguish Critical Chain of project sub - project. The calculation method and location of the sub-project buffer are determined mainly from the sub-project process time estimation, critical path determination, buffer setting and so on. The buffer time is determined by based on 50% of the critical safe time , process complexity, position coefficient, resource tension and risk preference. On this basis, identify the sub - project internal resource constraints,adjust the critical path process, get the key chain of sub - projects.(3 ) Put forward Project Schedule Management Model based on Critical Chain. First, the construction priority evaluation index and the fuzzy Borda assessment method are selected to determine the construction priority of the sub-project in the project group. Second, define and identify the project constrained resources. Finally, based on the recognition of the Critical Chain of the sub-project, the PPSMM is obtained by considering the resource constraints of theproject group (?)(4 ) apply Project Schedule Management Model to examples. The results show that the construction priority of the project is the stadium> the comprehensive building> square; the project group period is estimated to be 534 days,350 days, 507 days by using the Critical Chain project schedule management model and the data analysis software. , Compared with the traditional schedule management method estimates it reduces by 37 days, 20 days, 42 days.The research results of this paper have a certain significance to the progress management of large-scale project construction enterprises, especially in the current resource constraints and conservation development model, it can use the of construction resources to the utmost,optimize the duration, reduce project costs, increase the profits of construction enterprises and create more social benefits.
