Research On The Risk Management Of Power Grid Dispatching Automation Renovation Project

As an important part of project management,project risk management is an inseparable part of project management practice and plays an important role in ensuring the safe implementation and successful completion of the project.Grid project,same as other engineer projects,the risk of it exists in the entire lifecycle of the project,and it is necessary to carry out risk management in power grid project.The dispatching automation system is an important part of the power system,it is to en sure the power system security,the high quality,the economic operation infrastructure.Meanwhile,it is also the important technical method which enhances the electric power system movement level,in the way that it carries on the risk management to the dispatch automation system and the equipment transformation project.This paper combined the practice of power system dispatching automation system equipment reform with the project risk management theory.It is applied to carry out the study and control of risk source analysis,risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment and risk control of power grid dispatching automation system and equipment retrofit project.It also deals with the power grid dispatch automation system and equipment reconstruction project implementation process of the risk,to prevent and reduce losses,mitigate or eliminate the adverse effects of risks to ensure the smooth implementation of power grid dispatch automation system and equipment transformation projects,to achieve project risk control,Control and in control,and constantly improve the power grid enterprise scheduling automation systems and equipment transformation project risk control level.This paper analyzes the project risk of power grid dispatching automation pr oject,forming the general project risk which is suitable for the power grid dispatching automation project.In this paper,based on the LEC evaluation analysis method,the project risk assessment method of power grid dispatch automation transformation proj ect is proposed.This method has strong universality and can be applied to risk assessment of grid project automation projects.In addition,the principle of safety risk classification of power grid dispatching automation reform project is explained,and i t has a strong guiding role for risk assessment of power grid dispatching automation project.Based on the theory of project risk management,this paper summarizes the risk control measures of power grid dispatching automation project,and puts forward the risk control measures in combination with the risk assessment results.In the end,this paper designs a complete set of risk management scheme for power dispatching automation based on 220 k V Keyan substation dispatching automation reform project.
