Since twenty-first Century,international economic development has been affected in many ways,and the pace of development is slowing down.The cost of manufacturing industry is increasing in China,which is affected by the promotion of environmental protection consciousness,the influence of the change of national government’s macro policy,and the increasing cost of the domestic labor cost.The gross profit made by the enterprise is relatively less through the production and operation activities.At the same time,it needs to increase the adverse factors such as the investment in technology research and development.Most of the domestic enterprises have not developed the independent brand and related core technologies.The domestic manufacturing industry is facing serious problems.Brand strategy,core technology and cost control play an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise,especially in the increasingly open market environment.In the context of the 4 background of the German industry and the 2025 strategic plan made by China,the competition of the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more obvious,and the challenges of manufacturing related enterprises are constantly strengthened.For enterprises,the market environment is deteriorating.Automatic transformation of existing production lines is the only way for all electromechanical manufacturers.The significance of this paper is to carry out related research and Analysis on the technological transformation projects of typical enterprises in the small power motor manufacturing industry.Based on the current theory of project risk management,the application of project management knowledge is used to study the actual operation of the automation technology transformation project.Based on the two dimensions of horizontal and vertical dimensions and the common characteristics between the two,we can further identify the risk of the enterprise in the production automation transformation project,explore the risk factors of evading the automation technology transformation project,and improve the level of enterprise management.According to the characteristics of the automatic technical transformation project of NICE Shanghai company tubular motor production line,the risk is identified by means of expert method and brainstorming methods,and the risks are analyzed.On the basis of in-depth research,improve the ability of risk identification.Formulate quantitative measures for different links of risk factors,implement risk assessment and give reasonable response and control measures and related suggestions.At the same time,from the point of view of manufacturing enterprises,a set of complete risk identification and evaluation mechanism for the related technology of automatic transformation project of manufacturing production line is set up.In this mechanism,the potential risk control in the related transformation of production line automation within the enterprise can be popularized and applied in the same industry in China.Based on the similar risk model system,AHP is used to realize the identification and control of related risks within the enterprise.On the basis of identifying risk,different risk factors are evaluated,so as to take effective measures to control the risk factors effectively,improve the management level of managers,and serve the senior management.This paper explores a new mode and method for risk management of small power motor production line automation transformation project,so as to realize the controllable risk of this project.And provide a reliable basis for similar projects in the future. |
