After the global economic crisis,the pace of industrial transformation has accelerated unprecedentedly.According to statistics,at least 30% of economic activities in the word are run by the project management method.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the project management has undergone a major change from single project to multi-project parallel management.Now the project schedule management is not only an important part of the project management content,but also the difficulty of project management.Only making the reasonable muiti-project schedule to conform to needs of the project can shorten the duration and reduce costs of the project.Then we can access to sustained and stable economic and social benefit.In this paper,from the perspective of project progress management,the paper analyzes the current research status of multi-project management and critical chain progress management and finds that the research process of multi-project schedule management is imperfect by using critical chain technology,which makes the managers have the lack of holistic reference in the application process.So as to determine the topic of this article and research framework,which is mainly for multi-project schedule planning in the multi-project priority assessment,total multi-project critical chain identification,the buffer settings and so on.The core of multi-project management is the allocation of resources.The paper considers the decision of multi-project priority in resource allocation,establishes the two-level priority evaluation index system for multi-project and quantifies the index system through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then the resource conflict problems between projects can be solved reasonably through the“quantity”and“quantity”to determine the priority of the project.Before identifying the total critical chain of the project,it should also coordinate the resource conflict within the sub-project to make the total critical chain and process priority have certain pertinence and guiding.In the selection of the critical chain of the project,the selectionof the scheme follows the shortest principle of the increase of the critical chain segment duration,then recognizes the multi-project bottleneck chain according to the project and process priority.In the buffer settings,on the basis of the factors affecting the progress of the construction project,the paper applies of regression analysis method to predict the process buffer and to avoid the traditional method in accordance with the same reference standard to calculate the buffer defects.Then the paper sets the multi-project drum buffer and the capability constrain buffer to avoid the impact of resource conflicts to the project and sets multi-project buffer to absorb the uncertainty risk of the entire project.The paper uses the critical chain technology to carry out the preparation and management of the whole project schedule,which enriches the means of project schedule management and has certain theoretical research and practical guidance significance.
