With the rapid development of our national economy, the problems of energy bottleneck are highlighted, and energy shortage is becoming increasingly prominent. The sustainable rapid development of our energy draws common concern of all sections of the society. One way to solve the energy problem is to vigorously develop nuclear power. China's nuclear power industry remains committed to localize the nuclear power manufacturing and put priority on the breakthrough of the core issues and integrate development, and it strives to reduce the manufacturing costs of nuclear power equipments to form a complete industrial chain and achieve superiority. However, nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises of our country have common problems at present, including having difficulty in controlling the project costs and lacking the overall management of the projects through the advanced ideas of informatization tools and Internet plus, and lacking the ability to systematically analyze and collect and process the manufacturing data, which leads to the deficient subjects control, the disparity between the overall goal and the goals in various stages, and the inefficiency in reducing the physical and nonphysical loss caused by all types of fault and accident in different stages of the projects.Based on the domestic and overseas study of project cost management and lean management, this paper mainly utilizes the method which combines theoretical analysis with case study to design the lean mode-based cost management of nuclear power manufacturing project, In accordance with nuclear power manufacturing and the basic lean thinking, this paper builds the nuclear power manufacturing project cost mode and assignment process.Taking S Company's nuclear power servomotor manufacturing project cost management process as the study case, this paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of its project cost management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. One of them is to change the project cost management system. Through the tools of the activity-based costing and earned value principle, the company integrates the cost management into every manufacturing link and process with informalization tools and optimizes the system, thus reducing the cost allowance of every link. At last, this paper states the deficiencies and prospects for future research, aiming to provide some reference strategic countermeasures to nuclear power manufacturing project cost management.
