Research On Informatization Management Of Power Engineering Cost Based On Large Data

Power engineering,as a livelihood project for steady growth and economic adjustment,has received more and more attention from all sectors of the government in recent years.It is also the focus of all walks of life to control the cost of power engineering and realize the return on investment income.In recent years,with the acceleration of informatization in the field of engineering,the power engineering cost industry has accumulated huge data.How to make full use of these engineering cost data,excavate its value,and promote the development of the power engineering industry is particularly urgent.This is also an important research topic of current power engineering cost management.Based on the present situation of cost management of electric power enterprises,combined with the current trend of cost management of engineering,this paper aims at demand orientation by establishing the information management process of power engineering cost in large data environment.This paper puts forward the construction of a platform for power engineering cost management based on large data,and establishes a related evaluation index system to serve the daily management of power enterprise cost,and advances the information management process of power engineering cost.The work completed in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Investigating and studying the current situation and development trend of project cost management at home and abroad,pointing out that information management is the general trend of power project cost management,and putting forward the idea of constructing a power project cost management platform based on large data.Combined with the traditional power engineering cost management process,the informatization cost management process was established.(2)Using the KJ analysis method to analyze the main customer needs of the information management platform,determine the three functionalmodules of the platform information collection and release,information analysis and processing,and information application and archiving,and put forward the application and maintenance measures of the platform.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the platform.Using 5M1 E analysis method,the evaluation indexes of three fields of power engineering informatization cost management are determined,namely,engineering cost process management,cost talent management,and cost innovation management.The evaluation system of informatization cost management is constructed by means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,using the above models and methods,the new construction project of the 220 kV Zhuhangshan substation in Shangrao was evaluated and analyzed,and the corresponding measures for improving the cost management of informatization were put forward.
