Application Research Of Project Management In Sanmen Nuclear Power Construction Informatization Project

With the increasing complexity of nuclear power project and the requirements of the government, it is necessary to improve management with more professional and more comprehensive in nuclear power construction project. As informatization can collect, save all kinds of information rapidly, it can enable all partners communicating accurately and timely, which improves the construction efficient of the nuclear power projects, and ensures the quality and progress of the projects. However, it doesn’t meet the expected objective from the results of the applied projects before, the informatization projects should enhance management for itself. Owing to the open and flexible characters, project management idea has been deep in all walks of life, and widely adapted to the changing requirements of the enterprise products. It is necessary to introduce the project management method into the information construction to improve the management.Based on the analysis of the existing nuclear construction informatization projects, some common issues have been presented in this paper. Associating with characters of nuclear construction informatization, some project management methods, such as the management of project organization, project risk, project cost, project progress and project quality were applied into the nuclear power construction informatization projects. The application in Sanmen nuclear power construction informatization project was presented in detail in this paper.The results show that, it is very effective to apply the project management method into Sanmen nuclear power construction informatization project. It allocates the resource reasonably, and strengthen team work, which not only controls the project process effectively, reduces development time, ensure the quality, but also reduces the cost, and increase economical efficiency. The successful application of this project has referential significance to other nuclear power construction informatization project in the future.
