As one of the advanced productive forces, electric power plays an important role in the national basic industries. To promote social progress and national economic development. Especially the power grid construction and the people's daily life and the healthy development of the social economy are closely related. Experienced in China at the beginning of twenty-first Century a large area of power shortage situation, China has increased the speed of electric power construction, power grid enterprises have also launched a large number of power transmission project, the national investment in power transmission project is increasing gradually. Characteristics of the power transmission project is a complex technology, long construction period, human capital investment, especially under the condition of market economy, the possibility of uncertainty and risk is greatly increased. Therefore, to enhance the power transmission project management level, reduce project risk, especially strengthen the project risk management, improve the benefit of investment, has become one of the focus of the present. Jixi City, Heilongjiang province area due to the lack of Didao 220 k V power grid in recent years, while net call pressure gradually increases, so Jixi Didao 220 k V power transmission project came into being, this article is for the analysis of risk management are discussed. This article first introduce the background and significance of the power transmission project, and reviews the research literature and the current theoretical basis. Secondly, based on the general situation of the project, to identify the possible risk of Jixi 220 k V power transmission project in Didao, and classified as: environmental risk, technical risk, economic risk and risk, and construct the risk management index system on the basis of. Again, by estimating the risk of different levels of the system, the final calculation of the comprehensive evaluation, and prove that the project risk management system was established, and can be effective evaluation. Finally, corresponding to the four kinds of risks are given to deal with the strategy and control measures.
