So, it becomes more and more important about how to enhance the level of electricity project management, especially the level of the project risk management, and how to reduce project risk and increase investment profit.Standing on the Power Grid Enterprise owners'side, this paper summarizes and analyze the risk factors in the whole process of general electricity transmission and transformation project management. This paper combines the features of transmission project and construction procedures in power market. The author tries to find the source of electric grid project risk and common law of the power grid construction projects. This paper analysis the risk features in different stage of project construction with the current project risk management theory. And the author summarizes the risk about government policy, regional economy and technology and so on, combined with the actual situation about Andong Station 220kV transmission project practical application. According to the actual situation of the project, the author proposed the specific policy of risk avoiding.
