Electric power project in comparison with other construction projects,with construction conditions bitter,high quality requirements of the project,the construction period is short,tight time requirements,etc.,on the part of the construction,the investment unit of the schedule is very high,often require the construction unit must be on schedule completed.Thus,the construction unit of the project,how to effectively control the risk of profound practical significance.Electric power industry in recent years in risk management theory and practice much research and discussion,a number of enterprises to establish a risk management system,the safety of the power project construction has played a positive role.Power Transmission Project Risk Risk classification reference standards,divided into four categories of risk: economic,management,organizational and environmental risk.Effectively deal with project risks that may occur,it is an important guarantee for the safety of power transmission project construction,is also to improve industrial competitiveness premise.On the basis of the research results at home and abroad study,based on the actual situation of project risk management theory and transmission project closely,to establish the background of risk management.With the provision of risk classification of the Delphi method,a comprehensive analysis to identify senior 220-kv power transmission project in the hidden risk factors,risk identification results overall classification,with 17 class two risk factors.Later the nature of each risk factor analysis project,as well as the probability of the occurrence of the consequences,to determine the weight of analytic hierarchy process,the overall project risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the overall level of senior officials to obtain transmission project is "low." From this perspective,the project itself is feasible.Finally,risk response 4Ts,proposed effective risk responses,effective implementation of risk management officials Transmission Project.Article 220-kv power transmission project officials and the organic integration of risk management theory,to identify the risks in a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the results of quantification of risk identification,risk response provided data reference.Results of this study will be safe power transmission construction projects provide important help,it has some practical value and theoretical significance..
