| With the rapid development of our country electric power industry, power grid construction scale is big, net inflow, benefit is slow, the problem such as the contradiction in the project management and engineering construction gradually exposed, power transmission and transformation project risk management of project construction is starting to attract people’s attention.220 kV power transmission and transformation project in this paper, the bilateral flow dam risk management were analyzed, and the 220 kV power transmission and transformation project of bilateral flow dam risk for system identification and comb, and coping strategies from the viewpoint of dealing with the study, in the hope of the project implementation stage to keep the smooth progress of the project, and the potential risk for effective risk control, to protect the interests of the investors.Paper first outlined the grid power transmission and transformation project risk management of related basic knowledge and theory system, as this paper studies the theoretical basis of; Then, through the research method, literature reading method and questionnaire investigation about bilateral flow dam of 220 kV power transmission and transformation project risks are analyzed, and set up bilateral flow dam risk index system of 220 kV power transmission and transformation project. Then, based on the identification of risk factors, to determine the need to focus on risk in the process of determining on the calculation method used in this paper is proposed in this paper to solve the high order matrix maximum characteristic value of quasi Newton method. Finally, on a bilateral flow dam 220 kV power transmission and transformation project of possible risk factors in the strategy research, and presents a full text of the research conclusion. |
