With the great development of power construction in recent years, many power projects have been started, and the electricity project management also began to attracted more and more attention. Compared with other projects, power grid construction project risk management is still weak, lack of attention to risk management, and the risk management system is not perfect. Therefore, how to strengthen the power grid project risk management has become the top priority problem of the power transmission and transformation project. Project risk management can make effectively Grid project management, reduce or even circumvent risk that may arise in the process of power grid construction projects, So that ensure the smooth progress of the power grid construction projects.In this paper, we combined with the actual situation about Sujiatuo 110kV Power Transmission and Transformation Project, analysis and research the risk management of power transmission and transformation project. Firstly, this paper will discuss the background and significance of this study and the domestic and international Research Status about risk management, show the practical significance with effective power transmission and transformation risk management. Secondly, it will discuss the related concepts of project management, distinguish several basic concepts of risk management in project, Simultaneously, analysis the project risk management process. Thirdly, introduce risk identification, the important step in project risk management. A variety of methods of risk identification will be discussed, such as the questionnaire method, SWOT method, analysis hierarch process and so on. Fourthly, from technology, management, environment, economy and construction areas, this paper analysis the possible risks in the project management in Sujiatuo. Then use the analytic hierarchy process method to identify the risks of the project and ensure the weight of the risks, so that identify the main factors of the project risk management. Finally, based on the levels of risk to determine the right weight, and integrated evaluation method to analysis and determined the risk level of each factors, then according to the different levels of the variety project risk factors, we will propose specific risk avoidance measures...
