A variety of methods of risk identification will be discussed, such as the questionnaire method, SWOT method, analysis hierarch process and so on. Fourthly, from technology, management, environment, economy and construction areas, this paper analysis the possible risks in the project management in Sujiatuo. Then use the analytic hierarchy process method to identify the risks of the project and ensure the weight of the risks, so that identify the main factors of the project risk management.
