The arrival of the information age, whole society is in a profound change, people’s work, study, life, entertainment has changed in nature. The needs of the product users is from the original functional transition to the deep meaning of product, pressure caused by the fast-paced urban life make consumers want to get emotional release from the product, but the fast product replacement make most products in the market homogenization serious which contradiction with the consumers demand mentioned above, and also makes the consumer formed a "run out of disposable" concept of using products, is not conducive to establish the continuation emotional of the product. In the context of the information age, surrounded by a lot of information, the continuous information stimulate make senses become numb and caused the emotional indifference which is also urgently needed to correct. Consumer’s demands in emotion becomes the problem to be solved in the construction of product modeling information.Information integration take information’s easy to understand as purpose, through the information decomposition and restructuring to achieve internal information value maximization and meet delivery requirements, is an effective intervention process to information transfer at the background of information age. Human perception of product modeling is a process of information reception, which is dominated by the senses. Based on this, the article written from the perspective of perception, integrated the product design information, studied how product trigger the audience’s emotion experience through the stimulation of the sensory, take emotional arousal as a starting point to structure the product design information.Cognitive psychology consider that human cognitive behavior is the process of information, the memory system plays an irreplaceable role in this process, in the meantime, memory is the main source of emotional arousal. So this article linked the level of memory arousal to the corresponding product information when analysis, then come up with the three levels of product information on memory wake which called "object", "environment" and "image", and integration product’s physical information, semantic information and aesthetic information based on the three levels of memory arousal, summarize the using characteristic method of product information in "object", "environment" and "image" level. Finally introduced the concept of "memory carrier" combine with the product design information elements, put forward the methods and steps of structure the product design information from the memory carrier of "sense" and "behavior", in order to trigger the audience’s feelings in a progressive way.At last, the text based on the memory prototype of "Guilin landscape " as the theme to design the humidifier named "misty rain Lijiang River ", with humidifying function semantic presentation, creating a atmosphere of "misty rain Lijiang River". Reproduce the classic image of hometown through dense water vapor, so it can build a deep contact with memory to stimulate the audience’s feelings of homesickness.
