| The constant development and advancement of time,technology and information has led to an increase in the emotional and experiential needs of people for products.The trend of products in the market from a single sensory channel experience to a multidimensional sensory channel is becoming more and more obvious.Applying fluency to product design not only links the emotions of the product and the user,but also allows for a more accurate delivery of the product’s functional value,thus allowing the user to have a better experience of using it.With the increasing use of fluency design in the fields of visual communication and environmental art,especially in product design,multi-sensory superimposition,as an important transition from sensory displacement to imagery interoperability,has been favoured by many designers today.Firstly,by studying the existing theory of sensoriality,the three forms of expression of sensorial design and the definition of multi-sensory overlay,this paper clarifies and summarises the two classifications of multi-sensory overlay: connection and interplay,where connection is the basis of multi-sensory overlay,and interplay is the conversion and fusion of the senses on the basis of connection.The subsequent design process is clearly based on ’interplay’.The first step is to clarify the generic terms and extract the relevant elements between the senses,including form,colour,material and lighting.In the third step,the design process of multi-sensory overlay is constructed from the two-way perspective of designers and users,and the design strategy of multi-sensory overlay is proposed;in the fourth step,the design innovation of multi-sensory overlay is completed,and then the validity and enhancement of multi-sensory overlay is verified by user experience test method,comparative analysis method and fuzzy synthesis method.Finally,based on the above theoretical research,the clock is chosen as the design carrier,firstly,the clock style,the current situation and development trend of clock design are explored,and the target users are clarified through questionnaires,interviews and other forms.Then collect and collate the sensory vocabulary,create a "sunflower" theme of the generic clock products,and through the user experience testing methods,verify the "sunflower" clock products of the generic effectiveness.Then with the comparison verification and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,by the ordinary clock and "sunflower" clock comparison analysis,proved that the "sunflower" clock can effectively guide the user to accept multi-sensory information,bring the user pleasant,warm,trust feeling,enhance the This further validates the rationality and effectiveness of the design process and strategy of multisensory overlay,and broadens the breadth and depth of theoretical and practical research on perceptual design. |
