Along with the continuous deepening of China's electricity market, the management of nuclear power construction requirements are constantly improving, continuous optimization management tools to enhance the management level is the choice of nuclear power project construction company have to.C company is specialized in nuclear power engineering, facing the opportunity of CPR1000 unit construction in scales, the company undertake construction and management of a number of projects since its inception. Base on the background, in the case body part, describes the current situation of C company's nuclear power project management, review the C company's various problems encountered in the process of development and project construction.In the subsequent part of case analysis, the problems encountered in the case of C are analyzed, and the causes of the difficulties are pointed out.Finally, use the AE strategy, organization structure and power allocation, project collaboration management theory, for the three main problems as the company planned system and the market trend contrary, management rights dispersed and fine management deficiencies, gives the strategies and suggestions, and according to the company's construction situation, point out the optimization of the implementation of the path.
