Study On The Highway Construction Risk Management Of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

With the rapid development of economic construction in our country,the focus on infrastructure construction is improving.The country and the people the put forward more and more strict requirements to the highway's overall quality.To improve the quality of the project,we need to continuously improve the management work of the project,and ensure the quality and schedule requirements of construction project.In the process of project management,we need to manage the risk of the project.We should strive to avoid the risk factors,so that we can promote the normal operation of construction project.Due to the geographical,economic,social,cultural and other factors,the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region highway construction started late and development lags behind.But along with the implementation of the western development strategy in recent years,the highway as the basis transportation industry of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,its size is also growing.By the end of 2015,The total mileage of highway of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has reached to 1527 kilometers.As the project's scale increases,construction period grows and construction technical requirements improves,the project construction risk management are more strict throughout the construction phase.If the construction risk management is not standard,that will directly affect the overall quality of the highway construction projects.Based on the above introduction,this paper takes the highway engineering construction risk management as the research object.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,the author summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practical experience of experts and scholars.At the same time,combining with the risk management's present situation and the existing problems of the highway construction in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Then the author studies highway risk management of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.From the perspective of whole life cycle of the highway construction,the author introduces the whole process of construction risk management,Including five stages:the construction risk identification,analysis and assessment,risk response and risk monitoring.And introduces the connotation and research method of the each risk management stage.After then the author bases on the specific characteristics and the actualcondition of the highway in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.And combines with the concrete case of the Tongyan highway in Ningxia,uses the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(Fahp)to make a quantitative evaluation of highway construction risk management.And puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and implementation of monitoring,make the risk to a minimum.At the last provide specific measures for the highway construction risk management of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Hoping to make a certain amount of contribution to highway construction risk management in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
